MASTERCLASS OBJECTIVES:

Apply modern public budgeting techniques; Zero-Based, Programme-Based, and Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF)
Develop accurate revenue forecasts and expenditure plans using data analytics
Implement effective treasury operations; cash planning, bank account management, and liquidity management
Manage public debt, investment, and cash flow to ensure funding sustainability
Conduct variance analysis and budget performance reviews for corrective action
Improve transparency, accountability and anti-corruption safeguards in financial management
