PREAMBLE:
Well groomed leaders are those with attributes that outlive performance, come up with result oriented innovativeness and at the same time accelerate sustainable result oriented growth.

With the rising need for manager and officers to be involved in management and capacity building, it is important to consciously and deliberately trigger the sensibilities of officers within the management cadre for the purpose of unearthing their leadership traits necessary for growth, hence the essence of this workshop.
